When you completed your registration on-line, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered E-mail address. The message includes the registered information and your Registration ID. Your Registration ID should be like "Wxxxxx" (W with 5 digits) for Worldsleep2011 and "Jxxxxx" (J with 5 digits) for 36th JSSR. Please keep it until the end of Congress. It will be needed for making inquiries, submitting your abstract on-line, and making a bank remittance of your registration fee.
Registration is not completed without payment. Payment should be made by one of the following :

- Handling fees for bank transfer should be covered by participants.
- Registration ID(s) together with the participant name(s) should be written on the transfer document, when remitting registration fees for more than one participant.

Cancellation should be notified to the secretariat by e-mail (email@example.com) with the participant's name and his/her Registration ID.

Notes: Refunds will be made after the congress. Bank transfer charge is deducted from the amount.
Anyone entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, participants from particular countries must have a visa issued by Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals in their countries. Consult your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate Generals as to whether or not a visa is required. It could sometimes take more than a month to obtain a visa.

The Secretariat can issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents upon request to those who need a visa. In order to issue an invitation letter, participants must complete the registration beforehand.
Download the form for "VISA Questionnaire" and make sure to type all the blanks. After you fill out the form, send it to the secretariat by E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
- A letter of invitation will be issued after registration and payment are completed.
- The letter of invitation for VISA application does not provide any financial support.
